This is a 3-week live group where we break down your relationship with money, confront what’s actually driving your behavior, and rebuild it from a place of self-worth instead of fear.

Most people don’t actually have a money problem. They have avoidance, guilt, and fear, and repeat patterns without realizing it.

You can learn how to budget, track, save, and “be better,” but if your body doesn’t feel safe with money, you will keep recreating the same situation no matter how much you make or how hard you try. Then you keep complaining about it, and so on and on.

You already know what you should be doing. That’s not the issue. The issue is what’s happening underneath it. The part where you avoid looking at your bank account, or feel anxious when money comes in or goes out, or finally make progress and then somehow undo it. That’s not random. That’s a pattern, and it started long before you were aware of it.

You can’t out-strategy a pattern you don’t understand.

You can’t budget your way out of shame, fear, or emotional avoidance. If your nervous system doesn’t feel safe holding money, you will keep pushing it away, overspending it, or ending up right back where you started.

This is the part where we stop trying to fix everything from the outside and actually look at what’s been running you the entire time. Not your habits, not your budget…you. The reactions, the patterns, the way you feel when money is involved. Most people don’t go here. Not because they can’t, but because it means facing the hurt, the fear, the shame, the things they’ve learned to avoid or numb out. And if they’re really honest, it also means stepping into a version of themselves that feels bigger, more responsible, more seen … the version that actually knows how to hold and attract what they say they want. That’s uncomfortable. But this is where change actually happens.

WEEK 1: YOUR MONEY STORY

We look at where this started. Your early experiences, what you saw growing up, and the beliefs you formed without realizing it. You’ll start to see how your past is shaping your current behavior in a very real, clear way.

WEEK 2: WHAT’S CONTROLLING YOU

You identify the beliefs and reactions that are still driving your decisions. The thoughts you don’t question, the patterns that feel automatic. This is where we get uncomfortable on purpose and start separating what’s actually true from what you’ve been carrying.


How this works

This is a small, live group. We meet once a week for three weeks, about an hour each time. Each call includes direct teaching, guided work, and real-time reflection. You won’t just listen, you’ll actually see your patterns and work through them in the moment.

You’ll also have the workbook to go deeper outside the calls.

WEEK 3: REBUILD

You shift how you relate to money at the core. Not forcing habits or repeating things that don’t land, but changing how you receive, hold, and make decisions. This is where stability starts to feel real.

What changes

You leave with a different internal response to money. Less avoidance, less emotional reaction, and more clarity around what you’re actually doing and why. From there, your decisions start to change naturally. You will look at money completely differently. Brighter, more joyful, and ready to call it in because you know you deserve it.

This will feel uncomfortable at times. You will see patterns you’ve been avoiding. That’s the point.
