Childhood influences the way we view motherhood, motherhood reminds us of our childhood experiences, and our babies call us into the deepest parts of ourselves through physical, emotional and spiritual breakthroughs which to bring us to our higher selves.

Flourish is an 8-week course during which you and I will work to heal your child self, identify & rewrite beliefs about motherhood, release any negative emotions you’re energetically & subconsciously holding onto, understand how your identity has shifted as a mother/ to be, and fully embrace motherhood.
